LEAP!

Wow! It’s been a long time since I’ve written a blog. Let’s just say life be lifing! LOL! I couldn’t and wouldn’t allow this month to go by without writing a blog post. I’m not sure of the space I’ve been in lately, it’s not that I haven’t had ideas to share, but I never got to a point to sit down and write it down and allow it to flow. But today, I was committed to sitting down and letting it flow out. As I write, I have no clue what the theme will be for this blog.

Procrastination has been a thing for me, I’ll have an idea, but don’t move towards executing it. A great example of this is my most recent journal. I’ve literally had the idea to do a journal for church notes for at least a year (probably more), but I never sat down to do it. And truth be told, if I didn’t share my idea with others and had they not followed up with me about where I was with my idea, I’m not sure if this would have happened now. So I’m grateful for God blessing me with surrogates to help bring my idea to fruition. The actual process to create and complete my latest project was really quick. I remember creating the journal while watching service online. I quickly put it together and tested it out while my pastor preached. After I tested my idea, I made some edits, and I published on Amazon. This was my first time publishing on Amazon, it was a cool process.

I don't want this blog to be long and drawn out (since it's been so long), so I guess the message in this blog is to say keep going. Persevere through all the barriers, if the barriers are you, such as  procrastination, comparison, or perfection. Just do it! Just LEAP!

Be sure to check out my latest journal, Church Notes for Barrier Breakers. The idea behind the blog is to help people write so they can retain notes from church sermons and messages. And for those that sometimes get distracted by random thoughts, I added a box for you to add notes so you can come back to it. Keep a journal of all of your notes from church and also note how you will use that message to help you continue to break barriers in your life. I hope you enjoy the journal.

Church Notes for Barrier Breakers can be found on Amazon.

Happy Journaling!

I would love to get feedback from you. Let me know how you like the journal and what you would like to hear for topics on my blog as well as my podcast. Yes, I’m bringing the podcast back. Can’t wait to hear from you.

Happy Leap Day!
